Although I had some difficulty in initially getting through - waiting for about 1 and a half hours, it was worth it. I was given a telephone assessment the following day. This was professional, thorough, competent and polite and I have been offered an appointment to have my eye seen locally in 2 days. This was the earliest appointment available. This service is amazing. I had an issue with my eye, was given their number to call as specialists. You upload pictures of the issue, you have a telephone consultation and if needed are prescribed medication, with excellent advice also. All backed up by text messages. Very friendly, and very efficient. Thank you.
