Im recovering from Shingles and started getting pain in my left eye. Phoned for help, call back service worked great. Uploaded pictures for assessment, pre advice ask someone to help you, not so easy i found on selfie mode. And pictures not so good. Appointment was made that day for two days later. Elizabeth phoned on the allotted time, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, started the drops that was mentioned from her and helping already. Going to take some time to recover but would highly recommend. And good to know i can contact for help if needed while i am recovering, Thank you
Difficult to get through too, had to ring twice as no call back fist time. When I did speak to them they were polite helpful and informative. They promised me a call back within in the hour and this was spot on and she was brilliant and sent me all the info to be able to buy the drops etc that I needed.
Fantastic service, so grateful. Rang back within the hour to discuss my daughter's problem and provided several options to help. The professional I spoke to was lovely, she really listened and was thoughtful and considered. Would definitely recommend.
After visiting my GP and having contracted Impetigo I was referred to the Primary Eyecare Service. I initially had a phone consultation with an advisor and was informed I would be contacted within 24 hours by an eye expert. Had the call this morning and was very impressed with the service provided. Very thorough and helpful advice on treatment given all backed up by a confirmation text with how to proceed should the condition not improve.. Excellent service.
