Came here tonight and was really pleased to see that there were many new items on the menu. I tried the new chicken parmigiana and it was delicious, will definitely be ordering again. I love this pizza express, the interior of the building is so beautiful and all the staff were so friendly. Particularly our waitress, Niamh. She was so lovely and attentive. Really nice evening!
Our waitress, Jo, was so attentive and friendly. My girlfriend and I enjoyed ourselves so much more because of her! Jo is the reason we will be returning! It was also a really clean restaurant, the service was fast, and the food was good as always. Thanks all!
Saturday night we had an excellent meal. From the friendly welcome to the checkout: everything was right! The most important thing is of course that the taste of the food is really great. If that is also provided with friendly service, a beautiful place and competitive prices: what is not to like? It is a real shame that you are not in the Netherlands.
The staff were exceptional, so friendly, brilliant with the kids, made a real difference, we felt welcome, nothing was too much bother even though they were clearly very busy. Food was hot and delicious, will definitely go back. Good value for money especially with the kids eat for free offer 👌🏼
I recently visited Pizza Express and was thoroughly disappointed with the customer service. Upon attempting to claim my rewards, the waiter initially informed me that I could do so. However, due to a system issue, I was unable to redeem them. During this process, a lady approached me in a very rough manner, stating that I couldn’t claim the rewards. Her rudeness and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. I expected a higher standard of service. This experience was not about the inability to claim rewards, but about the appalling customer service. I feel compelled to share this disgusting experience to highlight the need for better treatment of customers.
