I’m not one to complain about things usually but was so disappointed with the order I’ve just placed with Peter Pan’s in Stretford. I’ve heard people say they’re not the best but I’ve always had half decent pizzas from there in the past. Today I ordered a cheeseburger, corn on the cob, apple pie and some drinks on Uber Eats. Instead we got a burnt plain burger on a stale bun with no salad and not a hint of cheese, the wrong drinks (unfortunately ones we didn’t like) and two pieces of the greasiest chicken I’ve ever seen instead of the corn on the cob and apple pie, tough luck for the hungry vegetarian! The grease had completely soaked through the bottom of the chicken’s container and was still literally pooling in the bottom of it. The smell was sickening, like a burnt, dirty deep fat frier. When my friend picked up a piece of the chicken the batter felt hollow and when he opened it up the chicken inside was a shiny, dirty grey colour and smelt awful, it made him gag it was so disgusting. He called the shop and the guy there was just unhelpful and rude and tried telling him that he didn’t even know it was Peter Pan’s that he’d ordered from because he’d used an app and ended up putting the phone down. All in all a crappy experience and not one I’ll be repeating. A takeout’s supposed to be a treat these days, this so wasn’t that! Avoid like the plague n spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting.
Hard, dry pathetic burger. Couldn't finish it up. The chips seems to be yesterday's leftover. The burger buns are so hard that they broke into pieces. Shame on them for providing such a food.
I've heard people slate this place. But in the years of getting pizza from here, I've never had a bad pizza. I fact, the pizzas are tasty, and crispy. Can't fault them. The staff could smile though.
Worst chicken burger and Terribe customer service! The staff is so rude, have no manners, the guy with the hat on served us two chicken burgers which were not fresh at all, the patties were cold and hard, cheese was not even melted. Straight away took back the food to show, the guy was laughing and not accepting and instead making us look bad and turning us away with the same cold meal. Worst experience! Avoid this place!
You order a pizza with donner meat, chicken, onion and spicy beef and there's next to zero toppings this isn't the 1st time either I wouldn't recommend pizza unless u enjoy bread and cheese. Garlic bread is nice though just there's next to no toppings on the pizza. Its a shame man.
