I initially approached Pearson Solicitors for free advise regarding contentious probate. I had an initial conversation with Laura Pracy (Head of Inheritance and Will Disputes) and knew straight away that I was in safe hands. Laura has represented me on a very difficult matter from February 2024 until April 2025. Throughout proceedings Laura has shown herself to be shrewd, incisive, thorough, forthright and totally professional. An active listener, Laura was able to assess and quickly take control of the situation and with her legal experience and knowledge I was able to rely completely on the advise given. Iv used Pearson solicitors to deal with the probate of my late husband ..Hannah Pearson and Michelle Ong have emailed me regularly updating me on every detail they finalised .They have made this rather upsetting difficult business very easy and uncomplicated .They have re assured me every step of the way ,Iv been able to ring them ,and they patiently and professionally have explained ever detail for me .Thankyou again Hannah Pearson and team for you re excellent work .I would strongly suggest you to friends in the future

Not to the expectations a solicitors should be my auntie has called them plenty of times as they are her solicitors to only be told we will get back to you I have rang on 4 occasions also on behalf of my auntie again to be told alex will get back to her cutting it a bit short tbf as court is at the end of the month not pleased one bit especially when it's something as important as it is.

I employed Pearson's in order to obtain a shared lives with order for my 13 year old daughter. Throughout the entire process, the Pearson's staff members were not only compassionate but also extremely empathetic as well!! They understood my plight and my struggles and they used their professional skills to make absolutely certain that I would succeed. The day that I went to court was an amazing one. I had a solicitor on one side and a paralegal on the other and we were all women!! It was so powerful for me to walk into that court room and have a female solicitor fight for what I wanted. And we won hands down within ten minutes. There were no questions from the magistrate whatsoever because we had planned and prepared for all of it. This group of solicitors are hell bent on getting you the results that you want and need. They're straight talking and they don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk too! We have used Sarah Dixon Solicitors for many years so recently, when our father died, as executors, we needed guidance on what was a very complicated will made a long time ago with another solicitor. Sarah introduced us to David Webb to handle the probate matters associated with this. David was quite new to the Pearsons Group and some of the things involved were complex. David handled things very professionally and where he wasn’t sure of what to do in certain circumstances, he took advice from colleagues and got everything sorted for us. Probate itself was completed quicker than we anticipated and David notified us as soon as he had received the documents. We were very happy with the advice and guidance that we received and will definitely use and recommend Pearsons in the future as Sarah Dixon is retiring.
