Sometimes the first step can be the hardest and for someone who is very nervous of the dentist, from start to finish I was put at ease, everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. I left feeling very excited about the new smile I will have after my treatment is finished.
Having had a fear of dentists since I was young I’m always reluctant to go! Paddock Dental Practice have made me feel so calm and relaxed. Staff are so friendly from the minute you walk through the door. I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. The dentist himself was so nice, explained that I did need a little work done but I was under no pressure to go ahead and get it done as it wasn’t urgent. He gave me options. I came away feeling relaxed. Overall I would highly recommend the practice.
The whole experience of correcting my damaged smile has been amazing. Dr Alex is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating and his two nurses, Jo and Eve, excelled at putting me at ease and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Any queries or issues were addressed and resolved without delay. I experienced no post-op pain at all and would not hesitate to recommend Alex or this practice.
Dr. Ross and Joanna are truly amazing at what they do. My 8-year-old son needed to have a tooth extracted, and they ensured he felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout the process. They took their time and made sure he was ready before starting. As a mother who experiences dental anxiety, I often feel nervous when visiting the dentist, but they made me feel relaxed while I was in the room with him. They are the most friendly dentists.
