I visited Trafford Centre Optical Express for my routine eye test. I have been using this branch for a long time and would highly recommend this branch for many reasons first and foremost the highly professional and friendly staff. The optician was very helpful and knowledgeable. The choice of frames were excellent. I would highly recommend visiting this store.
Fantastic professional and friendly service from start to finish. I wore varifocals for a few years and I wanted rid of my glasses. Also the last couple of years I’ve had cataracts and an astigmatism. Since I’ve had surgery I have regained 20/20 vision and it’s already changed my life for the better. Thank you all at optical express for this. To anyone thinking about this treatment, don’t hesitate, go to optical express and change your life forever.
I went with the intention of getting laser eye surgery, came out not eligible… yet I am leaving this review as 5* as they were just so friendly and polite even late on a Sunday. A clear customer centric approach. They also gave me a clear understanding. The guy who mainly served me I can’t recall his name , yet a shout out, you know who you are. (4pm today I visited)

I was seen by Sanna at the Trafford Centre and she was really helpful. I deeply struggle with my complex eyes prescription as is not something most opticians are used to deal with. It’s painfully frustrating. I’ve been an optical express customer for more than 20 years but i have found increasingly difficult to get to my nearest branch, but Sanna made it worthwhile, she has the necessary expertise to deal with complex cases, someone like her is very difficult to find so i really hope she stays at that branch for a very long time. Thank you Sanna, you’re really one in a million these days.
