Really happy with my Len’s replacement at Optical Express. From the first appointment I was treated professionally and all staff were super friendly and polite. My treatment was amazing no pain or discomfort I can’t fault it at all. Just wished I had done it years ago. No glasses or contacts needed again.
I have wore glasses from 6yrs old and contacts since 16yrs old. My subscription was very high . As a more difficult case I was refused treatment at two other clinics. Optical Express sent me to a retinal specialist and only then offered me lense replacement surgery. Staff were friendly and informative, and my surgeon was excellent and gave me full confidence throughout procedure. I have had my final check up ,I have one level better that 20/20 vision . And the freedom from glasses and contacts is incredible feeling. Best decision I've ever made .
Obviously anxious about operating on my eyes,but my multifocal lense replacement on both eyes is amazing.excellent care and attention every step of the way.My advice to anyone considering this is go for it,I'm sure glad I did
I had a positive experience at Manchester St Johns clinic. The team were very helpful and reassuring at the initial consultation. Mohammed in particular was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. The procedure went smoothly without issues (thanks to the surgeon Mr Kazmi and the nursing team) and I could see clearly the following day. I experienced some discomfort immediately after which was expected. I’ve had my post op checks and everything is healing nicely. Really pleased with my results - thank you so much to all the staff.
I had a fantastic experience with Optical Express Manchester. I'd thought about laser eye surgery for a while but wasn't sure I'd be eligible. Had my consultation in January and from the very beginning Savannah and the rest of the team were so welcoming, informative and supportive. Just on the other side of my surgery now and I feel fantastic! I have a high prescription so wasn't expecting much but already my vision is amazing. The team explain everything so well, respond quickly to queries and there is no pressure at any stage of the process.
