Annette is a wonderful lady - so has so much patience (don't know how she does it) and is really helpful. She knows me by face and name which is such a tribute to her professionalism. Paid them over two grand for fillings on two separate occasions. The first time was okay, the second time I was given a different dentist and he didn’t even X-ray my mouth properly, only on one side. Not long after I started feeling as if I need a filling again but on a different tooth this time I thought I’ll go to another dentist as I had only last been 2 months ago - low and behold she needs another three fillings. They were so deep also near the root which would mean that they have been there for quite some time. Do your job properly if you’re going to charge premium prices. Don’t waste your money, I’m sure they write notes about your sessions so that they remember what you last discussed so the next time you come in they can mention it and it seems as if they have great customer service and that they care about you. I go Stretford now, same price but a dentist who *actually* cares.
Long overdue review. Have to say a big thank you to the excellent dentists Dr Ziad and Dr Nida and also the best hygienist Ahmed! I used to be nervous going to the dentist but not anymore. Lovely and professional receptionists Annette, Adam, Jackie and Sophie. Thank you to you all :)

I can't say enough good things about this dental office! My hygienist, Jay, is consistently brilliant—professional, reassuring, and incredibly patient. His assistant, Caron, is equally impressive with her kindness, attentiveness, and friendly professionalism. Annette at the reception is always wonderful and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
