The receptionist was very friendly on my initial introduction and waiting and was very helpful with questions I had regarding to after appointment requirements I am in need. Also the dentist himself was professional efficient, it was a quick appointment with little time to wait, they also took their time to explain what would be required for my teeth. Overall experience good, best I had compared to others from home.
I recently visited Arndale Dental for a hygiene appointment with Ahmed Elqassas, and I had a great experience. He was very professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. He did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and took the time to explain how I can take better care of them using a new technique. His advice was really helpful, and I could tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I highly recommend him!
5 stars for Jay the hygienist. I have very sensitive teeth and a fear of any dentist. Jay always checks in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I am comfortable. The price has steadily risen over the last couple of years, unfortunately it’s getting too high for a simple clean.
I had a fantastic experience with the entire staff I had contact with today. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The dentist was gentle and as well polite. His assistant was nice and both were professional in their approach.
