Went in today with wisdom tooth issues, found the service to be really good. All staff were really friendly and helpful. I was offered different treatments and didn’t feel pressured in anyway to a decision, I opted for removal and it was done there and then, the treatment was talked over with me so I knew exactly what was going to happen and was constantly reassured throughout. The dentist was super gentle and even the injections were pretty much painless. The aftercare advice was in depth and everything was made clear. Would definitely recommend
Following a recommendation from someone who recently had treatment, and having lost confidence in my own dentist, I booked a consultation. From the pleasant welcome and surroundings to the consultation and resulting treatment, I felt very comfortable and at ease. The problem with my teeth was thoroughly checked and clearly explained to me outlining my options. I was helped to make the right decision for me and there was no hard sell. I started treatment immediately and again this was explained step by step and concluded successfully. Despite having two teeth removed, I did not experience any great pain following this and continuing to follow the advice given I am still comfortable. This is probably the best experience I have had when visiting a dentist.
After being messed about by my local dentist less than half a mile from my house for 2 weeks, I was recommended Night & Day Emergency Dentist by my sister who had visited them previously and spoke highly about them. Even though it was over an hours drive each way, I would still go back. From the receptionists to the dentists and nurses, everything was super professional, friendly and an easy atmosphere to deal with when going for a nerve racking wisdom tooth extraction. Thanks to Dr Razak for the highly professional job of getting my wisdom tooth out with precision, ease and skill when several other dentists refused to even look at it saying it was "too complex". Not only that, the very next day my pain level was at about a 2/10 when I expected it to be worse. I'm so impressed with the whole thing and how little pain I'm in. I made my booking online on Friday night and surprisingly I could see dentist on the following day. The dentist was able to identify my problem and gave me deep clean treatment and prescription on the spot. The dentist and the nurse are caring and friendly. They also sent me post treatment messages to understand my situation after the treatment and offering a free review appointment if necessary. Thanks the dentist.
Absolutely amazing service and amazing staff. Lovely receptionist, whom helped me calm down (I was so scared and upset), absolutely lovely she was. The ladies you see first, amazing, and the surgeon and his assistant were absolutely fantastic with me, they put me at ease and worked whilst making sure I was comfortable. M first time having a tooth out and I had an infection and they sorted me out straight away and seems to be healing well. Thank you to all at the dental surgery.
