Absolutely brilliant service, I can't recommend them enough. I booked a same day appointment slot on their website and paid the consultation fee. I saw the dentist Mustafa and the dental nurse Lisa, who were excellent. Knowing how much pain you're in, the appointments are quick but they ensure you fully understand the options available. I was offered an extraction or root canal, the pros and cons of each were laid out as well as the price. I opted for an extraction. For me, this cost £395 but I'm not sure if this varies depending on the issue, so use as a guideline only. My jaw was then fully numbed, and I was sent out to the waiting room to wait for it to kick in while reviewing forms that list the known side effects and risks of extractions to ensure I understood. I went back in for the extraction, and despite it being my very back molar it took Mustafa literally 2 minutes to remove. I felt 0 pain. I was given aftercare instructions, and was told that any issues such as dry socket etc I can return free of charge. Its day 4 today, and I've experienced no issues other than normal healing pain that is easily managed with ibuprofen and paracetamol. They're worth every penny of the price.
This is the best experience I have ever had at any dentist. All members of staff were very helpful and professional and took their time and explained everything they were doing throughout the whole process and the after-care is absolutely phenomenal. Definitely use this company.
Excellent service and all the staff were brilliant. They were very friendly, very welcoming and helped put me at ease. They made what could otherwise have been a very traumatic experience, quite smooth and relatively painless. The treatment is of the highest quality, the dentists knowledgeable & skilled, and the aftercare is second to none. Following a recommendation from someone who recently had treatment, and having lost confidence in my own dentist, I booked a consultation. From the pleasant welcome and surroundings to the consultation and resulting treatment, I felt very comfortable and at ease. The problem with my teeth was thoroughly checked and clearly explained to me outlining my options. I was helped to make the right decision for me and there was no hard sell. I started treatment immediately and again this was explained step by step and concluded successfully. Despite having two teeth removed, I did not experience any great pain following this and continuing to follow the advice given I am still comfortable. This is probably the best experience I have had when visiting a dentist.
I developed serious swelling in my jaw, which had progressed over Christmas Day to a point when by at 8.45pm it was unbearable. Called night and day and they were able to accommodate me at 9.30pm, actually about the quickest I could even get there. Once inside the service was friendly, warm, ultra professional and clear. By 10.30 Dr Hamza had identified it as an abscess from a former root canal and had performed a complex extraction.. The nature of the procedure meant it wasn’t painless but they checked continuously that I was comfortable and added anaesthetic as they went along if they felt I needed. I was back home, all done for 11.30pm The prescription for post treatment drugs was exhaustive and thorough and proved highly effective as by day 2 after the surgery, the pain and swelling have almost gone. I received follow up text messages to check on progress and to remind me that follow up treatment is included in what I paid, should it be required. Price was absolutely commensurate with the level of service and the rapid response I would have no reservations whatsoever in thoroughly recommending Night and day Thank you for a wonderful service and retrieving what could have been a disastrous holiday season for me.
