I’ve seen Nicola on many occasions over the years, most recently for my lower back pain. She has used her skills and and experience in physiotherapy and pilates to teach me exercises to build up and strengthen my core and back, as well as using massage and acupuncture . Nicola is extremely knowledgeable and down to earth which makes your visits very easy going. She will get to the bottom of your pain/problen and work with you to treat it. I wouldn’t use anyone else. I highly recommend Nicola 🙂
I searched the internet for a physiotherapist who specialised in the treatment of Temporomandibular disorder (TMD), problems with the jaw. I was pleased to find Nicola as she is a member of the ACPTMD, this is a special interest group of physiotherapists with specialist knowledge and interest in this area. My jaw locked over Christmas and there was a six weeks wait for NHS treatment. Nicola soon got my jaw moving and the relief was immense, I was confident I was in safe hands. Nicola is such a lovely person and soon makes you feel at ease. I was so pleased with her help and advice; I took my son to see her following a bike accident. After a thorough examination she identified the cause of his pain and after one treatment she improved the pain in his shoulder and gave him a plan to continue treatment at home.
I cannot recommend Nicola enough. Nicola is an exceptional, knowledgeable physiotherapist who always eases my chronic aches and pains. A warm, welcoming and approachable lady with a bright uplifting smile.
