Neus Physio is the best physio I have ever had. Professional, polite, clear on instructions, constantly assesses you and makes sure we're going at the right pace. I was pain free in a short period of time and built up strength aswell, helped me get my confidence back. You can tell they care unlike some other big organisations where you get a different person each time - Top level service. Would recommend! :)
When I went to neus physio I had been struggling with right sided upper and lower back pain for over a year. I had seen a physio for about 8 sessions already but got absolutely no where. That was not the case when I met Nat. She was friendly and professional. She reassessed me every time I had an appt to see how I was doing and to progress my exercises when I was ready. She allowed me to send her form videos for feedback. She kept me positive when I felt fed up. I have gone from having pains every single day to having very little pain every now and again. It has honestly changed my life, I was worried I would never get better. Nat, I cannot thank you enough.
