We were upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom, it was incredible! The experience was flawless. It was warm, clean, modern, soft towels, toiletries, tea/coffee/milk... breakfast was great. I slept so well in a super comfy bed- soft bedding. Great views, central location, just a hidden gem and I will be back!
The reception staff were excellent and we liked the position of our room 201. The room needed more light when we went in. It was very dark and we had to but our i phone on to find a light switch. Also the bedroom wardrobe was very dark. We walked into the lounge from our bedroom and tripped over a small wooden step. You need to put a bright tape across the edge of the step. Breakfast was OK but it would be good to have some fresh fruit. There was none available.
First time staying here at Native Manchester and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, the building itself is so interesting & full of character. Even the upper floor lobby areas are appealing The room was cracking, clean, spacious and again full of industrial character. The kitchenette was a great addition and came in handy. The front desk team were welcoming and extremely helpful. On site, secure, underground parking was a massive plus for us too! Thank you Native, we will return
Arrived late in the evening and a private event was happening with live music which could be heard from the hotel room, we had a small toddler with us too where it took some time to get him to sleep through the noise. Would’ve been nice to find out there was a private event on when we first made the booking otherwise we would’ve looked elsewhere. Shower / bath was dirty with hair still in the room. And secondly we had a leak in the room which woke us up in the morning. We were given a room upgrade after this which was a good service but with everything else combined together i don’t think we’d look to stay there again.
Overall we had a really great stay - it's a very cool and convenient venue. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a penthouse 2 bed apartment and the living space was beautiful - really nicely furnished and amazing views over Manchester. It made a 2 night city break stay really relaxed. The little gift basket for my husband's birthday was a lovely touch too. I'd say the bedrooms are well furnished and very comfy beds, but they are a bit of an odd shape, and the wardrobe for the master is not in the room! Also the shower is very good, but an odd shape and quite compact due to the way it has been put in. Small niggles though - we'd definitely stay again!
