I went in with a very stiff lower back and both groins from lots of driving to the point of where I could only just about manage to put my own socks on. Every morning I could hardly move without being in pain. I had a 1hour deep tissue massage where my lower back and groins were stretched and twisted in every direction. I felt a little more mobile when I left the shop. The next day I was aching all over which I had expected to as the massage had clearly agitated the muscles that were causing my pain. On the days to follow the muscle pain lessened and my movement became more and more free. Now a week on I have full movement in my lower back and groins and feel like I have my life back again with no pain in the morning or stiffness. I am absolutely delighted with the service and the results. I will revisit again.

A little late leaving my review as I have been away for the festive season... I was in town sorting out some other stuff and had passed and seen the shutters were down and hadn't planned on a massage although I was in need of one. I had been to a couple of places since a problem developed around my shoulder blade and had seen some slight relief but no solutions as of this day.. So my organising going into the shop started with a little confusion as the lady incharge wasn't the owner and was having some trouble with the shutters and in the time I had walked up from the town centre she was still having a bit of a battle with the shutters, anyway eventually I made it in and was greeted by a very friendly lady who made me feel very welcome. So I entered the room and she left me to get ready for a few moments (but plenty enough time) she was friendly and chatty throughout my massage asking me questions and talking about interests which was nice as some places you don't get much of this, so this was a bonus, the room was a little small but I have only been once so I wouldn't know if there were any larger rooms. But when she was conducting my massage she had no trouble moving around the bed... I had requested medium pressure with added pressure to my problem area (I believe my levator/shoulder muscles) although the pain was a little strange so I wasn't sure if it was maybe a joint issue after i strained myself a couple of months before. My massage was perfect pressure and I felt amazing throughout my whole time here, she focused on my whole body with the medium pressure and then once that process was finished she moved onto my shoulder blade and the surrounding area (hard pressure with tiger balm) this was an unexpected addition that felt lovely, although throughout this stage of my massage I was worried she was applying too much pressure as a few times I felt like biting my lip... No exaggeration when I say this lady knows exactly what she is doing and worked absolute wonders, I had little expectations for my problem being completely solved and just assumed I would walk out feeling relieved for a little while as I mentioned earlier I had received a few different types of massages to find the problem return a few days later. This was far from the case here, I walked out feeling a little sorenl from the added pressure but as soon as this has worn off, I felt like I had been renewed and felt amazing, not an ounce of pain since this day, and I am very very grateful as I was worried I was going to have to cut into time with the people I was visiting in order to get another massage, this was far from the case. Massage 10/10 Environment 9/10 Comfort 10/10 Conversation and friendliness 10/10 I will definitely be coming back and even more so if I have any other problems that arise in the future.

Advert says walk ins welcome. Should say "MALE WALK INS ONLY" as if you're a woman they aren't interested in your custom, because they can't charge a woman for "extras". The massages are a Front

Booked an appointment and arrived to be informed they couldn't do the type of massage booked (foot reflexology) . Empty for a reason
