After breaking my wrist earlier in the year and having to invasive surgery and metal work due to historic injuries my hand and wrist were really lacking mobility and flex for months. Michelle assessed me and was able to identify what I needed to work. The results over 5/6 week period were incredible and I went from barely being able to use the limb to being back to driving, exercise and general life.
