Stayed for a visit to a friends birthday meal. Hotel is well situated a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and even closer to Piccadilly Gardens tram stop. Was warmly greeted by Cheryl on reception who managed the check in process very promptly and efficiently and I was walking into my room within just a few minutes of arrival. The room was on a high floor with great views over the city. Room was well equipped and the bed was really comfy. I had a lovely stay - highly recommend
Hotel was in a great location, staff were super friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Only down side was the room. It was so TINY! We had a twin room, it's so small the beds are together, no table or anything in the middle to separate them. Also the TV didn't work. Rooms just look a little run down.
Roy and Heather looked after us evening meal. Food was great. Service with a smile. Polite and helpful. Olivia greeted us with a free prosecco and a smile when we checked in earlier in the day. It's good to be back! We met Ben and Rose at breakfast. Both really friendly and helpful Mikey at the bar is amazing. Lovely gent.
Level 3: Food was delicious my partner and i both had the Hanging Skewers, I had a side salad of rocket/tomato/ and parmigiana and it was all delicious. Our waitress Heather recommended the highly popular dish and I can say these were a great recommendation. Heather was attentive and served us quickly, she was also very friendly. Definitely will return.
Amazing breakfast, and amazing service by Rose and the rest of the staff! She is one of the reasons that we will be back, in the near future! Great place! The Rooms was clean, and we couldn’t ask for more! Great experience, and see you again very soon
