Well located hotel, had 3 night's here and all the staff every morning and evening had been very pleasant, attentive and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfy. Only issue was external windows in room, so much condensation that you couldn't see out and I had hoped to get a good city view, especially with being on the 14th floor
I love this hotel - the rooms are well fitted and they even have bath tubs. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Neil, Ella and Calissa for making breakfast so pleasant: a truly professional , but very friendly start to the day. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I
That have been many hotels that I have stayed in. However, this is one hotel that truly holds a special heart in my place. The staff member, especially at reception, has been one of the most kindest, loving and most hospitable one as well. There's a special shout out I would like to give to Becky who made sure that everything happens so smoothly deep and Ian who went above and beyond for every single problem that I would have faced such as not getting printouts for work. They were on it immediately. Cheryl is another gem of a star. She is just amazing with her hospitality. This hotel truly has a wonderful place in my heart now and definitely would love to visit it. The rooms, the bed, and the cleanliness is so on point that it impresses me every time. Alex davies the star of the show. If he wasn't there I don't think so this show would be as phenomenal as possible
Room when we arrived was very bad, it looks like that wasn’t cleaned before. Loads marks and stain on the carpet. The service on the restaurant was amazing, thanks to Thomas a young lad that was very nice and friendly, plus the food as well that was very nice. Hotel needs a really good update but location bang on.
Excellent hotel right in the centre of the city, a tram stop on the doorstep takes you anywhere you need to go. Good rooms with comfy beds and there is a great selection of food for breakfast. Staff in the hotel were excellent, special thanks to Lisa, Abbie and Zoe for making our stay even more comfortable.
