Albert and Zohiab had an incredible stay at the 5-star hotel. From the moment they arrived, the service was outstanding — friendly staff, smooth check-in, and a real attention to detail. Their room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. Every morning started with a delicious breakfast buffet, and the hotel’s atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. After a few days of pure comfort and luxury, Albert and Zohiab checked out feeling refreshed, impressed, and already planning their next visit. Definitely a stay to remember!”
I had a lovely breakfast at the hotel. The food was fresh and delicious, with a nice variety of options. What really stood out, though, was the service. Matt and Rose were absolutely fantastic, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
Location was perfect, and the room and check-in process was smooth. Breakfast experience was great - wide spread of food and they also have halal chicken sausages. Fahira and Thomas was super friendly and accommodating. Thumbs up to them!
We stayed for three nights over the Easter weekend with our little girl. When we got to the room nothing was in place for her to sleep in! I went to reception and this was quickly resolved. The room was nice and big enough for the three of us. Great location with great access to trams and busses. We ate in the restaurant on Saturday and whilst the food wasn't anything fancy, it was ok. My little girls meal was really good and included a drink, main and dessert. Our waiter Thomas was absolutely fantastic, really friendly and helpful. He took the time to speak to us about where we lived and was super friendly. We saw him again this morning and he welcomed us back as soon as he saw us, which is always nice. We were a bit disappointed with the room not being tidied or beds made on the Sunday, we were left fresh towels but no replenishment of tea, coffee etc. we asked at reception for this on our way out for dinner and was met with a friendly face who assured us that they would be replenished by the time we got back but this unfortunately wasn't the case and the phone didn't work to enable me to ring down. All in all a great weekend!
Amazing service from all staff. Upgraded room and complementary breakfast were absolutely incredible. The views are fantastic and shops, restaurants etc are only a few minutes walk away. Couldn’t recommend enough. Matt was wonderful help and great service at breakfast and Andrza and Daniel very polite and generous at the front desk. Lovely stay and staff x
