The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Ian, Deep and Ellie on reception made the experience magical for our anniversary. The whole experience has been 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this hotel for the luxury and staff! We were upgraded for our anniversary and offered Prosecco we are blown away🩷
The room was comfy and clean but the lack of sound proofing means I won’t come back to stay. I started in a room right by the main tram route and could hear so much noise through the window so asked to change. Unfortunately the next room I was given was next to the elevator, right behind the headboard which has woken me up and kept me awake. So whilst a lovely hotel it hasn’t been one where I could sleep well, so unless you’re sure your room is quiet or you can sleep through anything, I wouldn’t recommend!
Nice hotel, stayed here fur 1 night just before Christmas. The TV in our room wasn't working so they moved us to another room straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly staff and location is great being right in the centre of Manchester. Would definitely book again
Haven’t stayed the night hence the rating being 4, we attended a perfume making experience, with afternoon tea, it was lovely set out, with a cozy romantic scene. We enjoyed it, we were going to book a room for the experience but couldn’t (as we had work the next day) so we are looking forward to staying in the future. Sam was lovely, making sure we had everything for our afternoon tea. However allow people to do the review at home, didn’t appreciate us not leaving until you seen we actually did it, we prefer to do them at home. Other than that lovely person & lovely service.
Ben and deep were amazing on reception. Very friendly and I won guest of the day and got an amazing upgrade in a suite with breakfast. Best stay ever and made my day. Location is fantastic and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Alison
