The team at matrix are amazing - in particular Riz who owns and runs the clinic. I’ve been with them for around 3 years and any problems with my body have been sorted. Without their help I don’t know what I’d have done. They also know the top specialists should they be necessary. I can honestly say they go above and beyond to accommodate you and understand the root of the problem rather than just treating it superficially 5 star service all the way !
Riz and the Matrix Physio team have been absolutely amazing! I met Riz 2 years ago, very deflated, as a result of a long-term acute injury of 8 years, and through his expert guidance, combined with the highest level of professional care, I've become stronger than I ever had imagined. I would always avoid exercises that would trigger the affected area, but the Matrix team have built up my confidence and strength to such an extent that they're now my favourite! Riz's values are evidenced equally by his team; I've since had further excellent hands-on physio with Grace and Jonathan for minor injuries. Matrix Physio provides a first-class physio service with outstanding expertise and elite facilities. I started seeing Riz at Matrix after a serious shoulder injury from a motorcycle accident. He has looked after me 100% and really cares about my recovery. The program he has tailored for me gave me lots of mobility from an injury that didn’t guarantee this, I am very happy with his service and would highly recommend to friends and family. The gym at Matrix is modern and a good environment to train in with expert advice from himself and colleagues. If your are needing physio this is the place to go!

I visited Riz at Matrix back in January with a hip injury, he was very welcoming, made me feel completely at ease and knew what the issue was immediately! I’m training for a marathon and I worried that a physio would tell me I needed to stop running but Riz gave me mobility exercises and specific stretches to help my injury whilst still running. He also did a gait analysis to help improve my running form. I’m so grateful I went to Riz, in only 2 months my hip is feeling so much better and I’m managing long runs without any pain! Riz is very knowledgeable and explains everything well, I would highly recommend!
