Quick response on Sunday to diagnose, however it took them a week to order the part and fix the problem. We were left for more than a week without hot water and heating. Very difficult to book appointments. They ignore the customers needs, taking advantage of people, bad communication and very expensive service.

Just wanted to say a very big thank you to this company for their excellent service from start to finish! We were really struggling to get a plumber to carry out the repair on the leaking, old stop tap in our cellar and with no way of turning the water off from outside! Other companies thought it was too risky to attempt a pipe freeze repair on a lead pipe. The water leakage was getting worse and after spending many hours on the phone over several days to both United utilities for advice and to 12 other plumbers, this company was our lucky number 13! This was the only company I contacted, that confirmed that they would be able to carry out the repair work. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a professional and friendly service. Thank you so much once again!
Operatives attended to carry out work on my leaking gutters. Overall good experience. They attended in a timely fashion, responded to remedial work promptly and carried out the job satisfactorily. Operatives were pleasant, respectful and cooperative. Lisa who books the appointments was exceptionally in her caring and competent approach. Responded to emails promptly and was the overriding factor that prompted me to do business with the company. Her telephone manner, cooperative spirit and overall attitude in responding to clients needs was exceptional. A very good business to do transactions with.
