I took my jacket in for cleaning and signed a form acknowledging that the material might change due to the cleaning process. However, when I collected the jacket, all the stains were still there — it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. When I politely asked if the price would be adjusted since the jacket was still dirty, the lady at the counter became upset. Instead of offering a discount or at least a small price reduction, she simply pointed out that I had signed the form — but the form was about possible material damage, not about leaving the jacket dirty. Very poor service, very poor cleaning. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this place to others
I needed a couple of items cleaning last minute, rang the lady and she was very friendly . She cleaned my items on the same day even though i was late bringing them in ! My items were spotless and when i picked them up all the staff were so friendly i felt like id been using them for years. 100 perecent recommend , fantastic business !

Recommended for travellers who happen to stay at Park Inn Radisson. It's within walking distance. Mixed clothes washing is charged per kg and can be done within 24 hrs. But they close at 5pm
