I had a great experience with Dr. Ussama Butt and the team. They did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. During my next visit, he took a 3D scan to create custom trays for teeth whitening. I picked up the trays and whitening solution at the following appointment, and everything fit perfectly. The whole process was smooth, and I’m really happy with the way things were done. Highly recommend!

Avoid This Dental Practice – Poor Service & Unfair Policies I've been a patient at this dental practice for over eight years, having visited both its previous location near Debenhams and the current one in St. Anne's Square. Unfortunately, my experiences here have consistently declined, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. The reception staff lack professionalism, often responding in a robotic, scripted manner without genuinely listening to patients. It's not just a one-time occurrence, many other reviews reflect the same issues, including unanswered calls and abrupt hang-ups when raising concerns. My personal journey has been frustrating, starting with a botched root canal attempt during COVID. After enduring months of pain and waiting for an appointment, the first nurse admitted she lacked the expertise to continue the procedure. I was then booked with a more experienced nurse, who later informed me that the practice lacked the necessary equipment. I was left with no option but to seek urgent private care, despite initially relying on the NHS service. More recently, I had an appointment for a hygiene treatment that was scheduled six months in advance, during the Easter break week. As a full-time student managing deadlines, I would have greatly benefited from a simple reminder. However, the practice failed to send any confirmation or notification. Yet, when I missed the appointment, I immediately received a £30 penalty charge. Their booking system feels designed to fail patients, while many businesses today send automated reminders, this practice avoids them entirely, seemingly to maximise penalty fees. When I called to explain my situation, the receptionist refused to consider my circumstances. They stated that I must pay the penalty to return as a patient and even hung up on me. Upon calling back, there was no apology, only another vague assurance that I would receive a call on Thursday…. Naturally, that never happened. If you value professionalism, proper patient care, and a fair booking system, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This practice lacks empathy and accountability, treating patients more like financial opportunities than individuals seeking healthcare.
I would more likely recommend to visit another dentistry. It was not pleasant experience on each step. Be ready to wait a month for an urgent appointment and call everyday to check for cancellations. No one by the front desk is bothered to invite you for a treatment in such case. No one also is able to send you x-rays, doctors are not answering for queries. After all, they are rude. Excuse me, but you're not making a favour while providing paid services. I expect competitive level of service while paying competitive price. Are you not?
