I am a landlord and as a returning customer, I am happy about their service, they are honest, reliable and charge a fair price. Their quote always has pictures attached which means they have physically gone up to the roof and show you the problems, they always turn up once appointment is booked. The only bit point is sometimes you need to wait for a bit as they are very busy.
Had my flat roof replaced by this company. It’s now been 7 years and my roof is under 10 year warranty. I’ve called them out twice now as the roof is leaking but they are refusing to repair blaming it on a gutter. One of the guys who came out asked ‘what do you want us to do about it’. The other guys said ‘it’s been 7 years’. I found them rude and have been told my three other roof company’s that the roof hasn’t been properly laid to begin with hence the several leaks I’ve had over the years. If you cover your work with a 10 year guarantee, honour it. Won’t be using this company again. Comments after reply! I have had the gutter fixed and roof still leaking! To clarify, the 3 roofers came to see a different area of flat roof not the garage flat roof done by this company, so not sure how that makes anything null and void!
had some work done at the beginning of the year for a leaking chimney, was capped and pointed to great standard with pictures at the start and the end. had a issue later with the chimney that they came out very quick and advised that everything was fine and it just needs a vent on the inside. top professional would fully recommend.
After contacting Manchester & Ashton Roofing to quote for a repair at the rear of my house they responded very quickly, also providing photos of the damage. As the quote was a reasonable one I gave them the go-ahead for the repair. This was done within a couple of working days, and the back garden/yard was left so clean and tidy I wasn't even aware that they had been. An invoice followed by email, again with photos so that I could see for myself that all work quoted for had been carried out to my satisfaction. Call this company first if roof work needs to be done, you won't be disappointed, they are quick and efficient, clean courteous and tidy, and charge a reasonable rate for a job well done. I am a very happy customer.
