Lovely rooms, such vibe, rooms service available. Location super central, few mins walk from Picadilly station Meeting rooms are good too. Candy in there should be much smaller, not very practical. Good lunch
I want to sing the praises of the manager on duty yesterday Monday 18 November - I think her name was Rebecca? I had come from London for a special meet up with my son and godson bringing my blind dachshund dog along too. Due to a mix up with my booking I was stressed and anxious. Rebecca waved her magic wand and let me enjoy a drink while she sorted everything out. So kind and cheerful - what a gem! How lucky that she was on duty and will definitely make this hotel my number one choice when I visit in the future. Thank you Rebecca!
Absolutely outstanding stay, the room was gorgeous with everything you could need! The staff are fantastic and very helpful attending to every detail, especially Emily who helped us with our reservation and then also Ryan from the bar. We have stayed twice and will be back. The breakfast in the restaurant is very tasty and fresh.
Excellent restaurant, nice food, friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Only cons, on bill when paying should percentage Ie 12.5% service.
Me and my partner stayed here for our anniversary. From the beginning, we were greeted by a pleasant lady at reception. She kindly let me know we had been upgraded to a suite which was really nice. Last time we stayed at the malmaison Manchester, we also had stayed in a suite. We received a anniversary card under the door along with two free glasses of prosecco at the bar. From start to finish the staff went above and beyond to deliver a top class service. Thanks all at the Malmaison hotel Manchester. 5 stars all round. We both look forward to our return. Thanks again.
