We have just had our staff Christmas Party at Malmaison and it was a HUGE success. Big thanks go to all the staff that made sure the night went smoothly. James the DJ was great too, and got everyone up dancing. So many positive comments about the location, food, room, DJ. Great fun was had by all.
Stayed here Boxing Day with my sister. Reception really were exceptional, I wish I knew their names. To the lady who checked us in and the lady who checked us out, a big thank you for making our stay as easy and comfortable as possible :)
Lovely rooms, such vibe, rooms service available. Location super central, few mins walk from Picadilly station Meeting rooms are good too. Candy in there should be much smaller, not very practical. Good lunch
Absolutely outstanding stay, the room was gorgeous with everything you could need! The staff are fantastic and very helpful attending to every detail, especially Emily who helped us with our reservation and then also Ryan from the bar. We have stayed twice and will be back. The breakfast in the restaurant is very tasty and fresh.
Great location in the centre of Piccadilly Manchester, easy access as a result. Staff were not consistently polite or friendly but some were amazing. Room was okay, clean and tidy but the iron was leaky, the beds were quite close to the desk not leaving too much room to move about.
