Outstanding Stay at the Piccadilly Marriott Our experience at the Piccadilly Marriott Hotel was truly memorable, and there were several standout moments that made our stay exceptional. First, a special shout-out to Ken at the bar—his cocktail skills are unmatched! He consistently crafted the perfect Cosmos, making each evening at the bar a delight. Ken's attention to detail and friendly service made a real impact on our overall experience. Additionally, when we encountered an issue with our room, after a few calls, the hotel staff handled it professionally. Leon, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. His quick response and commitment to resolving the issue made all the difference, turning what could have been a frustrating moment into a positive experience. Overall, the Piccadilly Marriott offered us excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-tier service in a fantastic location!
Fantastic hotel, my room was really lovely and very clean! Beautiful bathroom, bath plus shower and toilet! Ample space. With the couch next to the TV and the bed was extremely large and comfortable. Everything you need in your room, iron and board and hairdryer and safe, tea and coffee ☕ kettle, pretty much everything you need for your stay!
Absolutely appalling experience at Manchester Marriott Piccadilly. Arrived at 2 PM, only to be told my room wasn’t ready until 4:30 PM – completely unacceptable for a so-called premium hotel. Once in the room, there was no phone to contact reception, and the hair dryer didn’t work. I flagged this to reception, and they promised to install a phone – surprise, surprise, it never happened. No water bottles in the room, minibar completely empty, and the receptionist had the audacity to suggest drinking from the bathroom sink, claiming it was drinkable. To top it off, the room floor was dusty and poorly cleaned. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Marriott. If this is what they call hospitality, they should be ashamed. Never staying here again. Save your money and book somewhere else
I came to the hotel to use the secure parking facility as at a concert at the AO arena. I received such care and kindness from Emily on the phone beforehand and on the day. She went above and beyond to help with the parking and directions. I felt very happy to leave my newly purchased car as was a little anxious. But would definitely use again as behind locked gates and felt v safe. Thank you all so much
Location & food options: Hotel at excellent location, 5 mins walk from Manchester Piccadilly station. Many food options since it’s near train station. Room: booked a family room, with 1 king and 1 queen bed. Big bathroom which comes with a separate shower and bathtub area. I like the non carpeted room floor. Cleanliness & Room Amenities: Dental kits are not given unless requested. Given hand soap but no soap dish to place the soap. day 1 housekeeping wasn’t done until reminded. For both days, the housekeeping wasn’t done well, room floor still dirty, and shower gel not refilled. Need to improve on cleanliness
