I have been a client of this practice for a number of years and have never found cause to regret. I am always given a friendly reminder for my periodic checkup which saves me trying to determine when my next visit is due. I have always found the receptionists/practitioners to be very welcoming, courteous and helpful. Mr Leeming, the optician, is also friendly and welcoming. He is very thorough with his examinations, assessments and explanations which leave me in no doubt as to the condition of my eyes. I will have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending anyone to the practice.
I was asked by the company to submit this review. I have had three NHS sight tests with Mr Leeming. He has at all times acted professionally, and he takes the trouble to address any special needs. He uses the latest technology and has very powerful imaging equipment. The number of independent opticians has declined in recent years but this one can be thoroughly recommended.
Very professional, friendly team, knowledgeable and helpful at all levels —from something as simple as choosing new frames or buying sunglasses, to more complex issues like getting my GP to do a referral to the eye hospital. Highly recommended.
All the staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Your results are always explained very well. Plus you’re advised well on glasses that are best suited for your look and lifestyle.
