I had a fantastic experience at the London School of Hairdressers! Jake was amazing—he gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. I have been attending this establishement for years and I was present when the individual who wrote the abysmal review below had received his haircut. He was complaining because he had brought in an Instagram picture of a haircut that was obviously photoshopped and carries out by a trained barber. He then expected a STUDENT barber who was on his third week of cutting hair to complete it to that standard and moaned when it wasn't. He clearly is not of sound mind and does not understand that this is a barbering school and not a working barbershop. I left that day receiving a very good haircut and excellent service off of a student called Matt and as per usual the manager Liam. I was honestly appalled by the attitude of the customer and his sheer stupidity of expecting a £40 haircut carried out by a student for free. If you haven't already please make sure you visit LSB as its friendly and I have never received a bad trim.
If you book a free hair cut, you will be turned down. When you book a confirmed appointment with £5 to £7 for a hair cut, you will be allocated to one of the trainees. Remember, they are just students, learning to cut hair. So have zero expectations and make yourself available for a self paid experiment. If anything goes wrong, accept the styling bcoz they are just students as per the instructor. So don't complain. I had a bad experience here, so I had to redo my haircut with a professional barber at a different salon to fix the mess the trainee had created.
