I do a lot of cycling and have had various on-going lower back /hip/pelvis and sciatica issues for a few years. After seeing various different Practitioner’s over the years whom made no real difference to my issues. I then started seeing Lindsay on the recommendation of a friend, initially to resolve these issues. I now see Lindsay a few times a year as prevention to stop issues building up. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She has dealt with the range of my issues and has also given me various exercises/stretches to work on to prevent re-occurrence. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lindsay.
I started to see Lindsay a couple of months ago and I cannot Express how happy and grateful I am to have found her. I had what the doctor told me was sciatica and it was excruciatingly painful I was unable to stand or walk or do anything, I was so low I honestly didn't want to live anymore. I was in that much pain after bouncing from treatment to treatment I decided to go private which is when I found Lindsay's clinic. I suffered with the pain for so long and it literally took her 4 to 5 treatments and I was back to my normal self if not better she literally gave me my life back honestly could not recommend her more if I tried xxx
I went to Lindsay, after a local Facebook group recommendation, with a neck problem. I also mentioned a long-standing chest and back pain problem. In my first visit she had diagnosed the cause of both problems. After a couple of visits my chest pain has disappeared, and my neck pains significantly improved. I hope to be pain free after a couple more visits - it will be the first time for more than a year. Would recommend this practice to anyone in similar circumstances.
