Had my lashes done here last week, I now have sties on my eyes from where they’ve clearly not applied them properly! Lashes were really gluey and hard! Possibly the worst place I’ve ever been to in my 27 years of living! If you go here expect sore eyes! DO NOT GO HERE!
Never again. Slapdash service. Too busy trying to deal with numerous customers at one time. Just called spur of the moment for brows wax and tint. What a mess, filthy place!
DONT TRUST THE PICTURES!! Eyelashes came out HORRENDOUS!!! I’ve been getting my eyelashes done for the past two years elsewhere and was in town and needed a fill. She removed my lashes from previous and started from scratch. The solution irritated my eyes to the point I was told to sit up and fan my eyes. I knew I should’ve just walked out at that point but for some reason I decided to stay because I was already there. Each lash was rock hard and filled over the amount that I said I wanted. I wanted hybrid natural lashes instead it looked more like broom sticks on my eyelids. I cried in the store - in front of strangers - to see if she would remove - ended up paying anyway and plucking them out at home by myself. STAY AWAY for lashes. The eyebrow threading was good I have no complaints about that.
1 star is an insult to this place, zero stars!!!!! ATROCIOUS AND UNHYGIENIC PLACE. Horrendous service. I got a full face wax including eyebrows, the lady ripped my skin off my face. It looks as though I’ve been battered. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!
Worst experience there staff is just chatting with each other i went there to do my brow she charge me extra and when i told her your price on list shows different and you are charging me more than your actual price then she started apologise to me but she was trying to say to her colleague that oh she caught us that was so bad
