Long duvet coat in beige had make up marks on collar and dirt marks on bottom. They managed to get everything out and it was also ready earlier than they first initially stated. I will definitely be using them again.
Very helpful staff. I have never been at a launderette before. The lady asked if I want to leave or do myself. I wanted a quick turn around so decided to wait. The lady did everything for me, I just paid. Next door nice costa so easy to wait. Not cheap but for driving around looking for one open would cost the difference. No brainer. Duvets will be washed there
I hadn’t used a laundrette in years so called beforehand as I wanted to wash the cover for a sofa. Andrea was very helpful & said to bring it in & she’d look at it. She did just that - took one look at it & told me what size machine to use. I was going for a very big one & she said to use the medium sized one which was actually cheaper. I was going for a coffee & she told me what time to come back at. I was back a few minutes early &, despite being on the phone & unloading machines, she brought me a chair from the back. She then helped me unload when my machine finished. Her advice was spot on & she has great customer service skills. If my machine breaks down, this will be where I’ll go. Thank you Andrea!
Popped into the shop as recently moved to the area. Amanda was on hand to help show me the machines and answered any questions. Very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be using this place in the future.
Self-service price: £7 per washing machine (average drum size) , £1 per 5 minutes for a dryer (bigger than average drum size), 40p for 1 washing powder scoop. Cash only. The place is quite popular during weekends, I only had to wait for a bit though and there was a Costa near by where you could sit and wait for your laundry.
