Kool it offer a scalable range of options for servicing, which is helpful as I am on a budget. I opted for a twice yearly service, and found the cost to be very competitive. I was nervous about the ability of the company to execute well, having never used this company before. I need not have worried. I was in great hands! We've been using Kool-It for a couple of years now and their service is always faultless. They always turn up at a convenient time and are quick, clean and efficient in their work. From initial visit, to install to regular maintenance, we've been very happy with the service from Koolit. The Mitsubishi Electric unit works great, we had both inside and outside parts custom painted, and with two annual cleaning visits, works perfectly every day.
