Just enjoyed an overnight stay. The hotel is visually stunning .Room 326 was lovely. The bar was vibrant yet relaxing. All the staff we encountered were polite and helpful, special thanks to Sharon on reception. We hope to return next Christmas..
Had a wonderful weekend, from arrival to departure the staff were amazing. The room was perfect and loved the tea, coffee and snack tray, the room had everything even a bottle of fresh milk in the fridge. The bathroom was great and the huge bath and bath salts were amazing. The breakfast was superb, the chef made poached eggs to order and they are the best ever. All in all it was fabulous x
Unfortunately we had a little wait for our room as it was a busy weekend but it was worth the wait - the room was lovely. We enjoyed a drink in the bar which was buzzing in a lovely way. Breakfast was also fantastic though some of the group were a little too worse for wear from the night before to fully enjoy it! On a weekend beware that there can be a long wait for a table at breakfast. The building itself is incredible!
Stayed there for one night and it was very pleasant. The room was nicely designed not just your usual plain white hotel room and came with lots of little extra bits such as bath salts and hot chocolate and crisps. Also was very pleased finding out there is a hairdryer. However the tv doesn’t have many channels giving you limited options and the temperature dial in our room didn’t work. Apart from these minor factors everything was great. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive we even managed to get someone to change the filter in the room thinking that might be the heating problem. Also having gotten breakfast there it came with an extremely wide variety of options more than I have seen at most hotels. Would definitely visit again. Great location in the centre of Manchester.
From the moment we stepped into the grand reception all staff members were amazing. The hotel has amazing historical features all around. Yes it's a city centre location so please don't expect quietness. Our room was only lacking a mirror and dressing table for my wife to get ready. Bravo to management.
