It is a laughable company, extremely unprofessional and unreliable. My appointment had been rescheduled over 5 times, which includes their staff not turning up 3 times without any notice. My work had been delayed a lot. They sent a Managing Director for a site visit and failed to identify essential factor that causing a massive delay and blaming us for the extra cost. To my surprise, responsibilities that should have been handled by the service provider were unexpectedly shifted onto me and my neighbours. I therefore doubt his qualifications and competency. I made a complaint and passed my case to Daikin which is under investigation. At the end, they even wanted to sell us their service plan. I hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale for other considering their service. I would not recommend this company, and anyone planning to use it better think twice.
Last week I got in touch with K2 air conditioning services and spoke with Melissa who was very knowledgable, polite, friendly and helped me to decide what level of service was available. Melissa then booked one of their service engineers called Sheldon to come out to my home and cary out the service of my air conditioning. Once again Sheldon was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, did a great job and cleaned up after the work and left no mess whatsoever. If you are looking for an air conditioning supply company, installation and maintenance, then I highly recommend that you get in touch with K2. Great company, great people and fabulous service.
As a building contractor, we have been using the services of K2 for the past 15 years. They have completed dozens of installations for us and their quality of work is very professional. They are always reliable and very competitive on price. We mainly work with Damian in the projects team and Melissa in the maintenance team, and both give us a consistently excellent service. We have worked with Scott and Mark on occasion, who were both great too, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. We would never consider using another company, as we honestly don't think there is anybody better out there....! Keep up the great work guys..!
K2 Heating and Cooling have recently completed the installation and commissioning of our HVAC system. I commend this organisation on both the nature of the work and on the quality of the team.
