Scott is a true expert in his field and unruffled in finding the best solution for your heating and cooling. My wife and I have a new house and almost immediately it was obvious it was going to be too hot upstairs in particular. Scott has a no fuss approach, visiting the site and liaising with our builder to find the best place for the unit, taking care to integrate it into the room. Absolutely useless, did more damage than repairs. Charged me in advance for a call out fee, although I'd described my system and fault beforehand, the engineer didn't have a clue what it was, and couldn't even dismount it from the wall. Instead yanked and pulled at it cause damage to the ducting hoses. Then decided I should just buy a new unit.
Mark and the team at K2 provided excellent service from start to finish. The quote I had from them was very competitive and best suited my needs with all work being completed on time and to a very high standard.
