Absolutely useless, did more damage than repairs. Charged me in advance for a call out fee, although I'd described my system and fault beforehand, the engineer didn't have a clue what it was, and couldn't even dismount it from the wall. Instead yanked and pulled at it cause damage to the ducting hoses. Then decided I should just buy a new unit.
Mark and the team at K2 provided excellent service from start to finish. The quote I had from them was very competitive and best suited my needs with all work being completed on time and to a very high standard.
