Convenient city centre hotel, directly across the road to the Bridgwater Hall. Enthusiastic and polite receptionist. Clean public areas. Room was airy double aspect Superking with clean bath & shower en-suite. Breakfast in lower ground restaurant was faultless. Only negative is that Q Car Park (Clean secure and discounted) was an eight minute stroll away.

This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed. This hotel was perfect for a weekend break in Manchester. It was the perfect location to get straight into town, there is secure parking opposite and its right next to the Met stop. The rooms were a good size and recently refurbished. All the staff were friendly and there was a nice atmosphere to the hotel.
The bedroom was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and the staff were polite. Nice snack/drink bar at reception for any late night requirements, was nice to have when going up for the night. Breakfast was really nice, very fresh from the cooked food department. Wide variety of food options for breakfast, pretty impressed. Location is pretty central in Manchester, walking distance from this years Xmas markets and plenty of bars/restaurants. Would visit again.
I'm a wheelchair user and was delighted with the facilities and service at this hotel. Ramp access to the door then lifts to all floors. The bedroom had an automatic door which is a rare treat, plenty of space and a well equipped wet room. Brilliant!
For the price point a great choice for a stay in Manchester City centre. Not an outstanding hotel, but the rooms look modern and were clean. The beds were comfortable and good in room amenities and appliances. What I would say though is the Bathroom let down the quality as it was a little older and not as slick as the main bedroom. Our window was also a little drafty, but there were big curtains to block that so it wasn’t an issue. The breakfast was also simple but tasty and had everything you needed. I would stay here again if in Manchester and the room was at the right price.
