I went to JPR Sports Therapy due to pain and tightness in my calves following a broken leg. Walking in, the building is warm and inviting and I was made to feel instantly comfortable by James who is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. In just my first session I’ve felt a huge improvement and will definitely be going again. 100% recommend!
Went in with severely bad mobility with my neck and right shoulder, couldnt look left or right and was in agony for 10 days straight with no sleep. ONE session with James and i feel literally brand new. 90% mobility back in my neck and shoulder, slept properly last night for the first time in 10 days. After many years of high impact training in martial arts I found myself suffering for months with quite debilitating back and neck pain which took me away from the sport I love and had devoted so much time and energy to. After the first session of treatment I knew straight away I had finally found a real professional. Well what can I say, first visit to James and the team today after a few old muscle injuries arose over past few weeks. Booking was easy, prompt and professional. I was made to feel at ease and welcome at JPR and the one to one sessions makes asking questions extremely easy. Going forward JPR will be my therapist of choice, as his wealth of knowledge and professionalism shone through after my first 1h session.
