Incredible opticians, cannot recommend this place enough!!! Just saw the signage for Jones and Co. from the road, and made an impromptu visit just in case they may be able to help with an issue with my spectacles that I've had for years - it would often get loose and fall off my face, or sit too tight on my ears and start to hurt. Jess from the team (who wears an extraordinary pair of purple framed glasses herself) listened so patiently to my long list of past horrors when it came to glasses and after a couple of minutes of bending the frame to fit me better, has absolutely transformed my life. Not only does the frame sit perfectly on my face, but it doesn't budge even when I'm looking down or leaning forward. Jess was clearly very experienced and had great expertise when it came to explaining how glasses work as well, super grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this. I didn't have any expectations walking in but am leaving with the intention of returning when I next need spectacles.
I came to Jones And Co following a recommendation after indifferent service from the opticians I'd been with for the past 30 years. It was like a breath of fresh air, the truly personalised and expert service with no detail too small to offer guidance on. I went for an initial consultation and left having purchased new spectacles and prescription sunglasses. Not cheap but the whole process was painless and exuded quality. As a returning customer to Jones & Co, I knew I would be in safe hands and the team did not disappoint! An amazing selection of unique frames, expertise and (in my case) patience. From the first appointment to choose my new glasses to the day I collected them, the communication and customer service was excellent. Under the guidance of Sam and Kathryn, I chose some frames that were quite different from my previous glasses. I left Jones & Co wearing my new frames and headed out of King Street to do some shopping. The first store I went in the sales assistant complimented me on my glasses. Very happy!!! Having been a customer at Jones And Co previously, I knew their service was exceptional and was not disappointed when I returned. I'd had an eye test elsewhere but they had only a small selection of frames and nothing that would be suitable for my complex prescription. Taylor at Jones And Co fitted me in without an appointment and despite the fact that I had been tested elsewhere and was really thorough in supporting me to find some suitable frames.
