From the first appointment to choose my new glasses to the day I collected them, the communication and customer service was excellent. Under the guidance of Sam and Kathryn, I chose some frames that were quite different from my previous glasses. I left Jones & Co wearing my new frames and headed out of King Street to do some shopping. The first store I went in the sales assistant complimented me on my glasses. Very happy!!! Phenomenal cutomer service! Got an eye test which was supper thorough and detailed. Then got my lenses changed while Sam showed me around all other options that would suit me. There was no time limit and spent as much time as I need to answer all of my questions. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for great quality frames and lenses and top-notch customer service care.
I cannot speak more highly about the experience I had with Jones and Co. From wandering in off the street right the way through to getting my glasses fitted the customer service from Gareth and the team was exceptional. When I got my glasses I struggled with the type of lens I had chosen. Without question the lens were replaced. Again brilliant customer service. I will definitely be back.
