As a spectacles wearer of many decades I had been to a LOT of opticians before discovering this Myopia Utopia 👓. Truly a next level experience! I can’t see a thing without my glasses so I need lots of help choosing frames. The staff at Jones and Co make the frame choice process really enjoyable. I recently collected my second pair (some 💙 blue Anne and Valentin ⭕️ round beauties!) and I am delighted. Jones and Co also transformed my first frame into prescription sunglasses #wastenotwantnot. I could certainly find glasses cheaper elsewhere but you get what you pay for in both customer service and product. Thanks Team Jones and Co!
I've been to several opticians in the past and none of them even come close to Jones & Co. Styling Opticians. The process from booking the appointment all the way to picking up the glasses was outstanding and I cannot recommend them enough for anyone who is looking for a no frills, top-class experience. Sadie, Mark, Taylor, and the rest of the team were welcoming, professional, and very helpful during the styling consultation and after, and they really set Jones & Co apart from pretty much all the other opticians in the field. I will no doubt go back to Jones & Co. should I ever need another pair of glasses, and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a opticians unlike any other.
Simply the best! Jones And Co. have been adorning my face with beautiful spectacles for more than a decade. My husband is the one who introduced me, but never get in himself to also be adorned! We recently visited Jones And Co. to get him some glasses and Gareth looked after us. Gareth is exceptional at what he does. The service is highly personable, thorough and expert attention to details, so much so that I too came away with sunglasses I hadn't planned on!
Absolutely brilliant experience, I was taken care of from the moment I arrived. All the staff are great and really take the time to understand you and what it is you're looking for. A very unique experience but I found it really helped me to pick out a style of glasses that I love. Highly recommended to anyone looking for their next pair of glasses and to find something that genuinely suits them. I will definitely be returning in the future.
I love the friendly customer service at Jones & Co along with their range of unique and interesting frames. They really do make it so fun and enjoyable when visiting.
