The staff were extremely rude and even raised their voices at customers. When I gave feedback, they told me to leave instead of addressing the issue properly. This is not the first time I’ve encountered such poor service. Strongly do not recommend anyone to use their services. Also, the staff often occupy the pick-up/drop-off area at the entrance by parking their own cars there for long periods. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for others.
I recently took an old vintage Gore Tex Berghaus parka in to be washed and coated. Before the coat went in it was only fit for a charity donation. When I collected it, it had been cleaned up so well it looked like new. Not cheap, but well played for the restoration. 👏
Excellent service! Our down douvet needed emergency cleaning right after Boxing Day as our cat decided to get some fur balls out as a gift for us. The gentleman was very helpful and the douvet was ready a day earlier than expected.
My coat needed a dry clean/and a repair. So I took it Johnson's on Sinderland Broadheath. This was done with care and professionslism. Beautiful Job. Pleasant Staff. Would highly recommend.
Rang up on Saturday morning enquiring if they could possibly alter my nurse uniform. Rachel was so helpful and agreed to alter my uniform dress although she had a list of other alterations to complete too! This was really kind of her and she completely went above and beyond for me as I was in need to this to be done for Monday. Thank you very much rachel! Highly recommend this store!!
