Advertises 8:30-5:30 opening times but without fail everytime I go in the afternoon there is a notice on the door stating they are closed for one hour. This should be made clear on opening times in person and online advertising! This is everyday without fail.
Staff are very rude when using Evri to return parcels. Both women began complaining as soon as I entered, and tried coming up with every excuse as to why they can't accept it as a return. They finally accepted it after measuring it's size and accepting it's within the weight limit. They then told me to leave the parcel at the side myself and it would be collected from there, as they can't lift it and don't have the space to store it behind the counter. Why offer a service if you don't like customers using it?
