Excellent service in every way. The optician was welcoming, gave me plenty of time, clearly explained everything and was skilful and efficient. Her colleague was very helpful as regards choosing 2 sets of frames (one of which was half price). I thoroughly recommend.
Very pleased with the range of frames and advice. My completed pairs are really good, stylish and improved vision. Not sure about the offer of the second pair being half price, as my 2 pairs cost more than I was expecting once the lenses were included, especially the sunglasses. However, I would still recommend this optician and I am very happy with my glasses.

I placed an order for a new pair of glasses and was told they would arrive within 7 to 10 days. It's now day 12, and I still haven’t received any update. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times over the past two days—at least 3 times today alone—and no one is answering. I even went into the store last night to speak to someone in person, but was told the opticians were closed and no one could assist me. At this point, I have no idea if my order has even been processed. Very disappointing service and complete lack of communication.
