Like a lot of people I don't like the gym but a personal trainer I thought was just for "other people ". I reached my 50th birthday and had put on weight during lockdown and knew that if I didn't get help I would just continue eating and putting on weight. I spoke to a couple of trainers on the phone but when talking to James I felt a lot more at ease. I started my sessions with James and from the first session I loved it. I wanted to work hard and get results. James helps with nutrition to, and really motivates me without putting any pressure on. He comes to you and brings everything you need. James is friendly and positive, even when you have had a bad day or week he doesn't make you feel bad he just encourages you and points out your positives. Anyone thinking of getting a personal trainer should definitely take the plunge and do it. But do it with James. You will get the results you want and have fun doing it. Been working with James for 6 or 7 weeks and I've finally started to see results! I like the fact that James brings the equipment I need to enable me to work out from my home. He mixes things up so each session is not the same as the previous one. He is encouraging and challenging at the same time, if you're slacking he will tell you so! I really look forward to my workouts!
James is a professional who takes the time to listen to your aims, personal circumstances and will devise both an exercise and diet plan that will be tailored to your needs. He has personal experience of being overweight which I believe makes him a much more sympathetic trainer, but he does not take it easy on you! His evolving exercise plans will mean you will not get bored and be constantly challenged. I would highly recommend his services.
