I called in for urgent appointment. The lady said she couldn't be sure of waiting time but it wasn't much. The hygiene is amazing. The doctor was professional and kind. Patiently listed to me and explained everything.
My whole family is registered with them since more then 5 years. I asked about my eye sight number on phone. Was told by staff to come and get prescription. When I went to pick next day was told to pay 10£ for prescription. They should have told me on phone. When I walked all the way with 3 kids 30 mins one way. Pathetic experience. Will never go back again. Will change optician for my whole family
