JSR is a amazing optician to go with. Me and my family joined there. They always approach with warm welcome Dr Navved is an amazing person to deal with. He always gives the best advice for customers interest. Mariam in reception is very friendly lady. Always going above and beyond for her customers.
Please improve your quality service and be professional, especially for the manager. If you are running a business, be bold to apologize for denying the fact that you had promised a customer when the glasses were ready. 'I didn't say that', is a very unprofessional way of solving an issue, madam. Luckily the optician explained why the process took longer than expected.
5 star service been there for the past 5 years, staffs are really friendly and always helping out specially Renata she is very professional at what she does.
I went for an eye test today and was seen by an Optometrist called Mr Akram. I can honestly say, that the service from start to finish was impeccable! Mr Akram took the time to discuss with me my reason for an eye test (I play ice hockey and struggle seeing across the ice) and made fantastic recommendations. All of the staff in the branch were polite and friendly and it's obvious that they take pride in the work that they do. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
