'I didn't say that', is a very unprofessional way of solving an issue, madam. Luckily the optician explained why the process took longer than expected.
I went for an eye test today and was seen by an Optometrist called Mr Akram. I can honestly say, that the service from start to finish was impeccable! Mr Akram took the time to discuss with me my reason for an eye test (I play ice hockey and struggle seeing across the ice) and made fantastic recommendations. All of the staff in the branch were polite and friendly and it's obvious that they take pride in the work that they do. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
