We have a cream coloured bedroom carpet, and Ian did a fantastic job cleaning it. He also did the fabric wing back chair that our black lab thinks is hers, and it looks like new. Ian squeezed us in at short notice, and arrived when he said he would. He's a chatty, friendly guy, and he was very conscientious cleaning up after he'd finished. Definitely recommend Ian, and his prices are extremely competitive.
