A great job today from Iain, he worked his magic on our sofa which was stained due to our new puppy. Iain was easy to contact and got us booked in as quick as possible! Our sofa looks brand new again!! Thank you Iain! We definitely recommend!
We have just moved into an apartment and required a full carpet clean throughout. Firstly, Iain was great at responding to my initial enquiries to set up the appointment - very prompt. He then did a great job on all our carpets (informing us that they were in fact wool - who knew!) - explaining beforehand how the cleaning process would work and managing our expectations regarding some of the very bad discolouration and staining. The various pieces of industrial equipment used was fully explained and certainly did the job. An extremely professional set up and a very friendly, down to earth service provided by Iain - we would certainly recommend, a great job!
Iain has done an outstanding job - making an elderly suite look almost like new. He arrived on time and was polite, cheerful and thoughtful. Added to which he is a really nice bloke We will employ him again.
Iain did an amazing job cleaning our sofa and footstool. Both pieces were extremely dirty, and I wasn’t sure they’d ever look like new again, but now they’re spotless and look fantastic.
