I stayed here recently with my 7-year-old son when we came to watch the Manchester United v Lyon game at Old Trafford—and what an unforgettable experience it was! We arrived just in time to catch the Lyon players, who were actually staying at the hotel, boarding their team bus. My son was absolutely buzzing to see them up close, and it was such an exciting start to our trip. Before the match, we had a beautiful fish & chips in the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent, but what really stood out was the warm welcome we received from a lovely member of the hospitality team named Heba. She made my son feel like a VIP, spending a good 20 minutes chatting and amusing him while we waited for our meal. Her kindness and energy really added something special to our evening. The room itself was spotless, comfy, and perfect for our stay—no complaints at all. But honestly, it was the way Heba went above and beyond that made the whole experience exceptional. The next morning at breakfast (which was delicious, by the way!), we were so happy to see Heba again. She remembered us, asked my son about the game, and being a Manchester United fan herself, she had a lovely chat with him about how exciting it was. He felt seen, important, and totally over the moon. This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience that made our trip even more memorable. We’ll definitely be booking again, and it’s all down to how Heba made my son feel so special. Thank you!
Amazing hotel. Service was phenomenal. The reception staff are welcoming and engaging from the second they see you entering from the street. I have mobility issues and they were spectacular about this. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and furnished to a high quality. Room service is provided by an on site caterer bar, and was second to none, accommodating special requests without issue. The only tiny downside was with it being a city centre location it was slightly noisy and the windows seemed to let the noise through even though they looked extremely thick double glazing. However the super king size bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. Overall, stunning hotel with amazing rooms, amazing service and great location.
A truly spectacular stay, a little pricy but we'll worth the cost. The staff were remarkably friendly, the food was delicious and the room was very comfortable and spacious with all the modern amenities you could want. The view was also incredible and the location made it very easy to access inner Manchester City. Would highly recommend booking here if you're heading to Manchester and I'll be looking out for Hyatt locations anywhere else I go.
Excellent hotel, stayed here for one night with my boyfriend and was very impressed by the level of service and overall quality. The cocktails in the bar were amazing and lots of choice in the breakfast buffet. The rooms were lovely with modern bathrooms, air con and a TV. Would definitely stay here again! :)
Very nice hotel. AMAZING STAFF, friendly, help full make your stay feel like your at home. We had club access with free drinks and canopies served from 5pm till 7pm with table service. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Room was very nice and very clean. No on site parking but there is a multi storey car park which is aound 1 minute walk from the hotel. I will stop here every time I visit Manchester. 10 out of 10. We was visiting the CO OP live arena which is around 15 minutes in a taxi. Thanks to all the staff for making this stop over a great experience.
