Amazing hotel. Service was phenomenal. The reception staff are welcoming and engaging from the second they see you entering from the street. I have mobility issues and they were spectacular about this. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and furnished to a high quality. Room service is provided by an on site caterer bar, and was second to none, accommodating special requests without issue. The only tiny downside was with it being a city centre location it was slightly noisy and the windows seemed to let the noise through even though they looked extremely thick double glazing. However the super king size bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. Overall, stunning hotel with amazing rooms, amazing service and great location.
My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency in Manchester! The service was fantastic, with everyone being friendly and ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable and we all slept soundly. The cooked breakfast was brilliant too! The hotel had a lovely dining area which was bright and inviting.
Stayed here whilst visiting the university as it's very close. It's also on the bus route to get into city center, 10 minutes ride. The staff were very helpful, I was able to leave my suitcase for the day I left. Good sized rooms with kettle, coffee tea etc amd great view over city.
Beautiful rooms and lobby area. Lovely big bed to sleep on. Have stayed here a few times and I’m always greeted with a smile and professional service throughout my stay. The breakfast has a good range of food and drinks. They even do takeaway cups with is great for people like us on the go! The food is tasty. Nearby parking.
Staff at the front desk were very helpful and the rooms were amazing. The shampoos and hand wash they had in the bathrooms smelt gorgeous, will have to buy myself some. Room had lots of bits that really make the staff seem like they really care. Shower cap, emergency sewing kit, etc.
