I recently stayed at Novotel Manchester City Centre and had a wonderful experience. Great cleans rooms. Staff on reception were really helpful. Jess in the dining room wa l9vely, always willing to help with any request. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The location was excellent, right in the city center. Many sites were within walking distance, and public transport stops were conveniently nearby. It was also close to Chania town, where we enjoyed many charming cafes. A great convenience was that the hotel allowed us to leave our suitcases both before check-in and after check-out so we could explore the area freely. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A special thank you for preparing a family room with two additional beds for our children—this was a much-appreciated bonus. The only downside was the view from the window, which faced a brick wall, but having extra sleeping space for the family was our priority, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Breakfast was good, and in general, the whole family was satisfied and didn’t go hungry. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be a great choice for a family trip.
Only here for a training day so can not comment on rooms. Lovely conference suites and good selection of snacks provided with teas and coffee. Meal provided for lunch was buffet style and okay. Crackers were soft and some things had been out a while.
We have a family room Nice size, big tv, and "a fancy place" as the kids say 😅 Buffet breakfast offer a huge variety and kids under 16 eat free so really good value Only downside was the air con was really loud so was hard to sleep however discovered you could turn it off which we did eventually and a peaceful sleep was had Also the lamp placed in the corner meant the 2 kids beds could not be placed side by side which resulted in one child banging their head on the bed frame in the middle of the night The staff on reception are welcoming and informative, breakfast staff were struggling with their card machine however they told us to go ahead and enjoy our breakfast The soap, shampoo and shower gel are lovely! Definitely will be buying from Ritual All in all, would definitely visit this hotel again Thank you
