Really beautiful hotel in a really fantastic location for shopping, arena access and the train station. Decor, front desk and the rooms were super quality. It’s really unfortunate that I had the worst bed mattress that kept me from sleeping and waking up with a sore back & neck. The mattress had obviously seen better days and had a lot of wear to it.

Great location for Victoria Train station and the AO Arena. Very little walking between them all. I stayed on a B&B basis and the room was large and comfy with a great breakfast, cooked to order. Some noise experienced and TV not working hence the slight downgrade otherwise I would have given a 5
Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. Ideally situated for the AO arena and other facilities. Breakfast was delicious, prepared fresh to order. All in all, it was a lovely stay. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
Lovely hotel, great location, really friendly helpful staff. We asked to move rooms because we were expecting a very late night and there was a lot of traffic noise outside and we were moved up a floor and to the other side of the hotel with no fuss. The rooms are quirky and modern with lots of nice extras such as a bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. The restaurant staff were really nice and we enjoyed the live music on Friday evening however the menu is a bit overpriced for what you get.
