Stayed here for the Peter Kay concert and we were very pleased overall with the hotel. Very clean, very comfy bed and all staff were very friendly and helpful. A little disappointed with the breakfast though. Would have no hesitation to stay here again but we would go elsewhere for a breakfast.
Great location for Victoria Train station and the AO Arena. Very little walking between them all. I stayed on a B&B basis and the room was large and comfy with a great breakfast, cooked to order. Some noise experienced and TV not working hence the slight downgrade otherwise I would have given a 5
I really like this hotel. I'm up in Manchester a lot for work and have a shortlist of 3 or 4 preferred hotels in the 4 or 5 star range. Some of the hotels perhaps on paper have better rooms or facilities, but the service here is second to none. Always such a warm welcome, can't do enough for you - makes such a big difference. Of my shortlist it's the furthest away from my office by some distance, but worth it. People are lovely, beds are comfy, and room service is really good. Can't recommend enough.
Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. Ideally situated for the AO arena and other facilities. Breakfast was delicious, prepared fresh to order. All in all, it was a lovely stay. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
