Very disappointed with the lack of communication from this hotel. Me and my friend had booked months in advance after the announcement for a concert we were attending. We were told when we arrived after travelling 4 hours that our booking had been cancelled, and they had “done all they could” to contact us. We hadn’t received a single email, call, voicemail, nothing. The guy even admitted to us that they had been overbooked. Completely unprofessional. We were recommended a hotel down the street and he took my number, saying he would call when he had checked the rest of the guests in if there was any availability. Again, not one call received, what a surprise. And they still haven’t responded to my complaint asking for them to pay the difference in the hotel we ended up staying with. I’m outraged with the lack of care and customer service in this establishment.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. Ideally situated for the AO arena and other facilities. Breakfast was delicious, prepared fresh to order. All in all, it was a lovely stay. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
Lovely hotel, great location, really friendly helpful staff. We asked to move rooms because we were expecting a very late night and there was a lot of traffic noise outside and we were moved up a floor and to the other side of the hotel with no fuss. The rooms are quirky and modern with lots of nice extras such as a bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. The restaurant staff were really nice and we enjoyed the live music on Friday evening however the menu is a bit overpriced for what you get.
Really nice hotel, a few steps from Victoria station and the ao arena, can't be beaten for location. Dinner was good except both the things my wife would have ordered were off the night we stayed, and they were pretty basic staples so that was a shame. Service was efficient and the staff were good. Drinks after the gig we went to back at the hotel but because of its location and open door policy, there was quite a wait to be served, but understandable. Breakfast was an unmitigated disaster. We booked a table at a specific time as we were advised to do, sadly those that didn't were seated before us meaning we had a wait for our booked table. Once seated we were told there was a short wait to be served, which was fine as we had an hour and a half before our train was due. Hour and a ¼ later we left having not had any breakfast. The staff were doing their best but there simply wasn't enough of them, and not a manager in sight for the whole of the period, so junior staff were effectively left to muddle through. We did receive a refund from the breakfast but that didn't help our 2 hour journey on empty stomachs. Bit of a shame really, did d leave us with a bitter taste (sadly not a bacon and egg taste......)
