Spacious room, large bed. Room was too hot at night and the TV came on by itself on the first night. Mixed experience during the evening meals over the 3 nights I was there. Majority of the staff were friendly and polite.
This is my go to hotel whenever I stay in Manchester. The staff are so friendly and attentive, and help out with whatever you’re struggling with. The rooms are incredibly cosy, and there’s plenty of room in accessible rooms for wheelchairs. But the best thing about two of their accessible rooms is the ceiling track hoists in them. Even if you have severe disabilities, you can stay in them without worrying about how you’ll be able to get in and out of your wheelchair. It really is the best hotel in the city, and I can’t wait to visit again
Came for a Man City game. While the stadium was 45 minute walk away it was one of the closest we could find. Rooms are nice. Updated bathrooms but had a huge see through window. Heads up if you are traveling with anyone you don't want to see ALL of your business. We used a sofa cushion to block the view. Breakfast was one of the best Hotel buffet ever. All was fresh and hot. They had sausage, bacon, ham, eggs fried and scrambled, potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, fresh fruit, breads, pastries, yogurt, etc. and also offers made to order dishes. There is no parking on site but the wallet next to the hotel had spots we could utilize to drop the luggage/pick it up without having to luggage it from the parking garage.
Excellent hotel in the center of Manchester. Room was clean and all amenities provided were satisfactory. I opted for the in room dining during breakfast which arrived hot and was tasty As a IHG member I was allowed to extend check out to 12pm which was useful as I had business calls to attend. Checkout was seamless with the express card drop off. Highly rate this hotel.
Room was quirky. Nice size, quiet and aircon worked well. Hotel is in a great location. Service was good but busy at check-in and had an issue with a payment, which was sorted quickly but inconvenient (reason for 4star on service) Nicely decorated for Christmas.
