Me and my partner stay here for our anniversary. The hotel is amazing and the staff were lovely and welcoming as soon as we arrived. I was in an email correspondence with Isabelle and she was so lovely and efficient with adding rose petals and a ballon in the room ahead of our stay. We booked a room with a balcony, we didn’t have great weather but we still managed to use it and have some drinks out there. The room was very clean with lovely furnishings, complimentary tea and coffee, the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The hotel was in a great location and wasn’t far from the bars and restaurants. Would definitely come back again for another stay!
Great hotel room was nice and clean with complimentary coffee and tea, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good a mix of hot and cold food options with coffee, juice. etc or something off the menu, I had full English one morning and eggs Benedict the day after both very good made with high quality ingredients. Staff were very pleasant to talk to and friendly, house keeping staff were also friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel as it's also in a great location in the middle of the city.
Our 1st time at this hotel & we weren't disappointed, spotless room with a fabulous shower room. Plenty of tea & coffee in the room, absolute bonus to have hot chocolate & biscuits plus 2 can's of still water in the fridge at no extra charge. We had a wonderful night's sleep & will definitely be using this hotel again 🩷 Right next to China Town on Portland Street
Am here for 2 nights and kind of glad I am, lovely hotel and the room is very nice, clean and well equipped. The only niggle is the fact they send you an email offering you an upgrade at a big discounted rate, I agreed to the upgrade to the next room. Not only did this not happen but the staff made me look stupid by saying they had no idea what I was talking about !!! That bad service aside this is a very nice hotel.
I stayed at this hotel about three weeks ago and received great service overall. The location was convenient, and the staff were quite helpful. However, I was asked to pay a £50 refundable deposit—which I was fine with, as I understood it was part of their policy. The issue is, since checking out, I still haven’t received the refund. I’ve called several times to follow up, but I keep getting the same response with no resolution. What’s even more frustrating is that, for weeks now, the accounts department has reportedly been unreachable by the front office staff, and no progress has been made regarding my refund. It’s disappointing that such a simple matter is being dragged out this long.
