During my stay at the Holiday Inn Manchester, I enjoyed it. I would like to personally thank Patrick and Jose from the reception for their flexibility, hospitality, and helpfulness. The room was very clean, spacious, and large. As for the breakfast, it was well-organized, and all the staff were professional, hospitable, and polite. I don’t have much to comment on this.
Really impressed with this hotel and the service of the front desk. Lovely rooms, very clean and modern. Kids loved the bathroom and huge walk in shower. Location not perfect as it doesn't have a car park attached.
Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Location is excellent for easy access to city centre and canal street. Was perfect for Manchester Pride. Only drawback is no on-site car park which would have been a plus. Bed was excellent as was the WiFi. Getting back into the hotel at night is a little tricky as the key reader doesn't seem to work on the door so you have to wait for the security guard to notice you and open the door for you to get back in - a little awkward.
Travelled here as a family of 4 including one 5year old child. Booked a junior suite and the size was just right. Hotel: Room was spotless and clean Breakfast: Had everything you need to form a traditional English breakfast. Staff named Michelle overheard my son being upset that the pancakes ran out, came to us specially with 2 on a plate from the next batch . Very lovely touch Reception: Warm and nice . Distance to city centre: walkable within 5 mins with bus, tram stations and also supermarkets
Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff and super helpful. Centrally located for the city centre shop’s etc. I was in a premium room which was so clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a good stay. Unfortunately I was unwell while staying there but I want to thank the front of house , and the room service staff for being so kind and helpful to me it helped make me feel a bit better!. Definitely will stay again when I’m back in Manchester.
