During my stay at the Holiday Inn Manchester, I enjoyed it. I would like to personally thank Patrick and Jose from the reception for their flexibility, hospitality, and helpfulness. The room was very clean, spacious, and large. As for the breakfast, it was well-organized, and all the staff were professional, hospitable, and polite. I don’t have much to comment on this.
I stayed there last weekend . I arrived on the Friday early and I was allowed to check in early which was great. The food in the restaurant was amazing as was the breakfast. I had to check out a day earlier due to family problems. Jose at reception was very accommodating in my request. He a great attitude and very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back
Have stayed here on a couple of occasions now when running large corporate events. The staff are super helpful. Bedrooms are large and clean and as you would expect. The breakfast had plenty of choice as is the buffet lunch The conference venue is great with ample coffees and snacks provided.
Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff and super helpful. Centrally located for the city centre shop’s etc. I was in a premium room which was so clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a good stay. Unfortunately I was unwell while staying there but I want to thank the front of house , and the room service staff for being so kind and helpful to me it helped make me feel a bit better!. Definitely will stay again when I’m back in Manchester.
We unfortunately couldn’t make it to an afternoon tea we had booked, so they kindly packed all the food up for us to come and collect! Lovely food, couldn’t fault any of it. Still amazing from the boxes! Service 10/10 thank you so much guys!
