We have stayed here several times, throughout this year, due to its location, near Train Station, University and the facts it's has access to excellent Bus links. On all the occasions we have stayed, our request for a room in a quiet floor has been fulfilled and each time we have had a fantastic stay. Breakfast has always been hot and a good selection to chose from, Beds are comfy, and shower is great. Reception staff, especially Mohamed, was very polite, kind and helpful, he recognised me from me previous stay in September, and again on our recent stay in October. Credit to all the staff, and thank you for making our stay pleasant.
We stayed on Monday 19 August and received a very warm welcome from duty manager Mohamed. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, with everything we needed. Bar service (again from Muhammad) was excellent. Breakfast was included and was well presented. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were excellent. Mr & Mrs Decker
The hotel staff were amazing (especially Mohammed) the room was great, the bed was comfy but a bit small, maybe just a normal double. Breakfast was included and was very good quality, well worth he price we paid.
Location is central close to Manchester Uni and Manchester Metro Uni next door to Oxford Street train station. Good hot and cold breakfast selection. Mohamed the hotel manager was always looking out for us. Our issues were dealt with immediately. Five star service!
Stayed for one night seeing a gig at the nearby Gorilla venue. Rooms were clean and quiet. Tea and coffee and a good shower. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was fairly basic but included. I would be nice if checkout was 1200 at the weekend. Good parking deal at nearby Europark. 2nd stay, would use again. Location is great.
