Stayed there 4 night and for £204. Room was good, very clean and comfy. Staff always pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was included and was nice and buffet style. Great location for town centre and train station. Overall very good quality for the great price.. definitely recommend and would stay again when in Manchester
Booked here as it was close to a venue I was attending for a gig. Check in was really good but the room left a lot to be desired. It was a small triangular room, very little space. Bed comfortable and shower was adequate. Had to leave heating on as room got cold as soon as it was switched off. Breakfast was included and was the usual palatable stuff. Whole thing was not worth the money I paid, won't be staying there again
Nothing really to complain about the room was clean and tidy, reception seemed very busy I think maybe there was a football game on.. With everybody I think booking in bang on 3:00 p.m.... I guess to be expected.. Nonetheless I was greeted and well looked after so no complaints
Booked the hotel for location as I had travelled back from New Zealand, and the price. My husband had to organise a room change before I got here due to the run down conditions in the room - blinking light fittings, sing plug that didn't work and the shower tray filling up whilst having a shower. The new room still had the same plumbing issues which suggests the hotel needs a full upgrade, and the furnishings are tired. Despite this, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We wouldn't stay here again.
Decent hotel in the city center of Manchester. Rooms are fine but not in their best condition anymore. Breakfast was pretty bad. No ham, cheese or such. Sausages were not tasty at all. Juices coming out from an automatic system so no fresh juice available. Might choose another hotel next time.
