Really greet apartment. The service is excellent, the beds are great, it’s in the middle of town with everything in walking distance. We’re really excited about this apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and the couch is comfy. The reception was hearthwarming, thanks Allison for your kind words and service. You made our stay even better.
I recently stayed at this property for two nights with a friend, and I must say the location was excellent. While the rates can be a bit steep for short stays, the rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. One aspect to keep in mind is that check-in is rather late, at 4 PM, and there is an additional fee for early check-in. Additionally, check-out is quite early. The security of the property was commendable; guests can use their phones as room keys, which adds a modern touch. However, the most significant issue that affected our stay was the lighting. The cold, harsh lighting in the living room, kitchen, and one of the bedroom fixtures was quite jarring and did not align with the overall ambiance of the apartment. If this lighting issue were addressed, specifically by replacing the cold fixtures with warmer, yellow-toned lighting, I would wholeheartedly recommend these apartments. Overall, the potential is there, and with a few adjustments, it could be a truly exceptional place to stay
Well located in the middle of Manchester with all modes of transport readily accessible. Getting access on arrival was delayed due to communication difficulties and lack of access to the reception which could be easily solved. Facilities inside were average to good. Some areas need maintenance and this was difficult to arrange. Ability to cook in the kitchen was easy and Aldi across the road made shopping a breeze. I'd stay again just based on locality.
Completely automated check in and can unlock everything from the entrance to your room with just your phone. Very convenient
Posting a review here to rave about the service. We had a wonderful stay at High Street Town House.The rooms were spotless, warm and cosy (thanks, Esther!). There were complimentary Nespresso pods (is there a better welcome than this?!). Our baby was easily accommodated and he slept well in the cot provided. The location is great. Really close to Manchester Piccadilly and it’s easy to get around from the townhouse. We arrived home after a happy send off and realised that we’d forgotten an important item in the apartment. Alison (my hero) kindly packaged and posted the item to us. I cannot emphasise enough how exemplary the service is. Thank you! We’ll be back for sure.
