Sam and his team were first class with the entire project. Managing the just in time deliveries to ensure the house wasn’t overflowing with materials were just one of many thoughtful processes he had in place. Attention to detail and understanding our requirements was never a problem for his team . Throughout the project, his team were polite and very clean, always cleaning up at the end of day and keeping us informed. Sam’s whole ethos is about customer service and putting right any minor issues immediately they were pointed out. They also worked in and were prepared for all weathers.
