Danny done a full and thorough assessment of my knees. This included a detailed history of my pain. We discussed the best treatment programme for me and he gave me a home exercise plan for strength and mobility. He monitored my progress, adjusting my treatment plan as I progressed, helping me get back to normal daily life. Would highly recommend.
Whenever I have an issue that I know I need to get sorted, Danny is always my go-to. His knowledge is superb, which is second only to the actual treatment received. The rehab plans are always tailored to what I can actually implement either in the gym or at home. Whilst Danny is still there, I can’t see me ever going anywhere else for physio.
Any problem I have from running I’ll come here because I know it’ll get fixed!! Super friendly team and very professional. Feel like you’re in safe hands here!! Went from struggling to run 3km to being able to train for my marathon without any pain. Couldn’t recommend this place enough !!
